Other than being unprofessional, inconsistent, and the office staff being uninformed I was appalled during the move in inspection. Some small problems were window screens being cracked and the ceiling fans were missing parts so upon turning them on they almost fell off the ceiling. Major problems were the washer & dryer we were promised (in the lease) was not given to us & management didn't know when we would get one. They are horrible Susan in very rude hung up in my face did not help resolve the issue got an attitude with me and couldn't answer any of my questions i will never lease with a property if it's affiliated with Carroll management . She also cut me off while i was talk i am a paying resident.
