This place is a joke. No one bothered to follow up on bloodwork(cancelled first scheduled procedure) then did not follow up a second time in a timely manner causing them to cancel for the second time. My wife contacted Carroll Cardiology well ahead of time to ensure that all paperwork and necessary tests were done and submitted. No one contacted my wife until the day prior to the procedure to advise that the physical from the last scheduled procedure was no longer valid. I have had a good experience dealing with Carroll Health Group Cardiology. I was able to have a stress test in the same office. The doctors, and front office staff have been very professional.

I am compelled to share my recent unfortunate experience with Carroll Health Group-Cardiology, and I hope this review prompts positive changes within the establishment. My fiancé contacted the facility to schedule an appointment, only to receive a call back half an hour later, abruptly canceling the appointment due to perceived rudeness towards the receptionist.
