RecommendedI love Dr. Ralls and drive from Chillicothe to see her. Very upset that today my husband was denied his appointment because he was late. He got stuck behind a tractor. No one asked him why he was late or what happened. We love Dr. Ralls but for him to be dismissed without any care given to our sick daughter...that is not okay. That policy needs to be looked at or people need to be trained. When the roads get blocked for farm equipment??
I was treated at CCMH last October and the staff provided professional and courteous care. I live one block west of the hospital and iit is a very good feeling to live that close to outstanding health care.
The surgery staff and outpatient staff are amazing. The community is so lucky to have a state of the art surgery center. CCMH staff ROCKS
