I had a recent visit to the ER and was genuinely impressed with the quality of care I received. The service was quick, and every member of the team was compassionate and professional. Marsha, RN, was warm and helpful during the initial triage process and made me feel at ease right away. Michael, RN, was my nurse and did a fantastic job—he was kind, attentive, and thorough. Came here bc I am sick miserable and have 4 dif infections my lymph nodes are severely swollen. I get dismissed by the triage nurse who's male when asking a question. Says there too busy and trying to catch up the doctor does not even care to hear what's going on with me just assumes he already knows and goes thru the motions didn't even feel my lymph nodes. Health Care Fraud These folks send out ghost bills and payments that say you have an outstanding payment that you don’t have or will tell you something is covered by your insurance then proceed to charge you hundreds to thousands of dollars for unnecessary tests that weren’t run
