Poor advice in Er. Sent me by ambulance for heart. Nothing wrong with heart
Dr. Shanks compassion and professionalism is terrible. I understand that the pandemic has society under much pressure. That does not entitle him to treat sick patients with such distaste and frustration. If he didn't want to deal with people, maybe he should have got a factory job. I now know how much the rumors about him are true. Many people told me not to go to this hospital. He is giving what may be a good hospital a bad name.

The blonde lady that usually runs registration is really rude. My mother went there and the lady acted like she wasn’t even there and she was just really rude. That’s the second I encountered with that lady I think she should be fired if she can’t do her job.

RecommendedI was recently treated at the Walk-In Clinic and it was unexpectedly pleasant. The offices are clean and cheerful, and the entire staff, from registration to the ARPN, were professional and friendly, and answered all of my questions. I arrived around 10:00 a.m. and they saw me quickly. A great change after living in Louisville 28 years and experiencing the deterioration of the medical profession down there. I am so grateful for this new Clinic. Thank you!
