I was pleased with the care I received! Excellent doctor, who explained everything that would happen and then quickly put me to sleep in the OR. It was great to not be awake during surgical prep!!!!!! No after effects from the anesthesia! Thank you, Dr. Brock!
This business wrongly billed me for anesthesia services I never received, for a date I was never even in the hospital. I called 4 times and sent a notice. I also contacted the hospital as instructed to make sure it was not a hospital error. Twice Mark said they'd look into it and call me back, but I never received any return calls. Now I have received a debt collection notice for this bill. I am very frustrated and disappointed at the lack of customer service.
