Everyone has been great from the start, especially Faith! She helped me through the application and the move-in process. It’s a safe, quiet and very well maintained community!
Super happy and thankful to have found The Carrington a year ago when moving to the area. I recently signed my lease for another year due to having nothing but great experiences over the last year of living here! All staff that I have encountered have been super helpful and accommodating. Tina is absolutely great and has been so helpful with assisting me in signing my two leases here at the property. I definitely recommend The Carrington to anyone looking in the Collierville area.
Lived here for 4 years and enjoyed every minute of it. Felt safe and enjoyed the walkability and nature that surrounds this area. My children have enjoyed the bike trails and seeing all the critters along the way. Staff has gone out of their way to make us feel right at home during our move in and move out. The only reason we moved is for a bigger place with the addition of a new baby. Thank you for all the good years! I will recommend you to everyone who needs an apartment home!
Living in The Carrington at Schilling Farms has been nothing short of an excellent experience. I have been a resident at The Carrington for five years. Moving out was bitter sweet. The manager, Etta, assistant manager , Megan and Tina have been stellar staff to work with and provide a wonderful apartment living experience.
