Our 20 yr old roof needed to be completely replaced due to age and damage. Jerry with Carrington was quick to respond to our inquiry and gave us a very fair estimate. He also spent time in person (with proper COVID protocol) going over our insurance claim with both my husband and I to make sure we fully understood the charges and how everything needed to be paid including what our portion would be and why.
