I had the worst experience with one of there agents.Because she was my agent as well as the sellers agent she worked more on his behalf because it benefited her more to work in his best interest. As my agent she did not look out for my best interest at all. When it came to addressing issues with the home she did not advise me on wording to use because she new how to work the system contractually.
