Iikia (Manager) of Carrington Place is Professional, Courteous and very caring towards tenants and their needs. Santana is welcoming with great service. As both of them helped with my relocation process from the North. It's great to have amazing service via phone and in person when coming to a new place. If you are looking for a great staff, this is the place.
Before moving here, I was seriously hesitant about my decision because of the reviews I had read. Now that I’ve been living here, I can say that there are both positive aspects and some important areas that need improvement. This is now a Section 8 property. BEWARE!! I have seen a group of people about to fight just driving through there. Mind you this is near million dollar homes in Wildewood. Columbia Housing should be ashamed of themselves.
They are liars make sure you getting everything in writing or email santana was very unprofessional i ask her for corporate number she told me to google it and ikea was the one who lied on me i just thank god he showed me who they was before moving in so i didnt go forward with application process
