Property manager or whoever the male is in the office is rude. I went in to inquire about an apartment and let me just tell you I knew all I needed to know just by the introduction.
Moved over 4 months ago and NOBODY will return my calls, I’ve spoken to multiple people in the office and even let them take copies of my proof of the receipt for a deposit I paid of $1000 . I’ve left multiple voicemails to both numbers listed on Google and the website. Properties have 30 days to give deposit or they can be taken to court. THEY ARE ILLEGALLY TAKING PEOPLES MONEY!
This place is nice but the staff is down right disgusting. The new property manager has zero respect for the tenants. I went in the office to speak with her about an issue. She asked the assistant manager “what time is it? what do he want’? I have never heard anything like that come from a manager in my entire life! Her customer service is anything but professional.
