This is now a Section 8 property. BEWARE!! I have seen a group of people about to fight just driving through there. Mind you this is near million dollar homes in Wildewood. Columbia Housing should be ashamed of themselves.
They are liars make sure you getting everything in writing or email santana was very unprofessional i ask her for corporate number she told me to google it and ikea was the one who lied on me i just thank god he showed me who they was before moving in so i didnt go forward with application process

Carrington place ain’t it!Theres roaches and other bugs running from one apartment to the other.I do my own treatment but if I didn’t I wouldn’t be able to live here.Mold in apartments.Bad paint job over water damage.People bbq on the patios even though it’s a fire hazard.Tell management staff nothing gets done!Car fixing all day it looks like pull apart in this place.They say no aggressive dogs why I see Pittbulls and Rottweiler all the time.One chased me to my car before, rules are not being taken seriously and not being e... read more
