I was told buy Sylvia Puentes, the owner/landlord of Carrington place that the only way to break my lease is if I died or joined the military. I’ve had a mold issue that’s been going on for months. Mold in the ac unit and has spread all through the the walls so much so that has come through the outer drywall in a thick black and white spongy mold. The staff here do a good job. Maintenance works real hard to answer work orders while keeping a very pleasant and friendly professional image.
***UPDATE*** Dishonest, unprofessional and will charge you crazy amounts of money that will be sent to Pro Collect (collections agency) also worst unprofessional service, for charges you are not responsible. Thanks Catalyst for the worst apartment complex experience ever. I’ve called Catalyst Multifamily Management numerous times, left voicemails, sent emails and messages on their website with no answer. The new property owners are the worst! Constantly being charged ridiculous amounts in late fees, even when trying to pay using their online system, which is repeatedly having issues. And forget about trying to contact the corporate offices in Colorado no one ever answers or responds to messages or emails. Do yourself a favor, save your money and never rent here!!!!!
What an awesome apartment living community, the place is always so clean, office staff are great people. New manager has done an excellent job in making the place look beautiful. I would recommend this place to y friends and family.
Love this community! Also so clean and peaceful! Amazing customer service, Sonia truly the best manager that’s come to Carrington! She truly cares about the residents and the community!! Maintenance handles work orders in a timely manner!! Keep up the awesome work Carrington Staff!!!
Great office people, great location and beautiful apartments. My niece is always treated great she lives here.
