This complex is called "luxury" not a single thing about this complex is "luxury"! Most things tend to not work when you want them to and getting something fixed takes longer than it would take to fix it 10 times over. The management never has any idea of what is going on, as long as they are happy they don't care about the happiness or well-being of the tenants. I have lived here for 2 years and out of those 2 years for a year in a half the gate has been broken, this is all three gates for entry. Anyone can come in. My next door neighbor had his apt broken into in broad day light. They tow away residents car with out any problems. The worst customer service that can be found in Houston area apt. They call it luxury apartments, I don't see that at all.
