THIS IS A WARNING! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I have been a resident here for 2 years, and this has been the worst 2 years of my life. At first it will seem fine, then the cockroaches start. You will do everything in your power to get rid of them, but EVERY SINGLE BUILDING IS INFESTED, THERE IS NO GETTING RID OF THEM. horrible place to live. lots of drug dealers and crime. Cops come everyday locking someone up and do not fix anything. Me and my children suffered in heat for 6 months with a broken ac unit. And the leasing staff are unprofressional and are crooks taking money from organizations and buying things for themselves instead of distributing the funds for the neighborhood they need to fix. Cops need to come do a raid and clean it up.
These folks were really helpful. We thought abt doing a refinance and they gave us great advise. Not salesy at all
HORRIBLE! Avoid like the plague!!! Where to begin..bug infestation that went on way too long without being taken care of finally, leaky ceiling and air conditioner, toilets constantly flood, oh and the grand finale..drum roll please.. some random guy walked into to our apartment today while my wife and 6 month old were home alone back in her nursery. Things were great at first until we had an issue with the apartment manager at Lauren Ridge Apartments. Trust me, if you value professionalism, don't rent an apartment here. Safety concerns about lighting and security will not be addressed for months...
My advice: If you can avoid renting from a Riverstone Residential property, do it. After renting from two different RR properties and speaking with Alicia Overstreet, i can officially warn all renters that you WILL be charged unnecessary cleaning charges when you move out. Apparently the expectation for you to pay for cleaned carpets and other minute details is in the lease agreement. Tangle wood is the worst apartment I have ever lived in The management lie to the tenants from the corporate office down to the leasing office the management is very rude and disrespectful and the apartments are infested with bedbugs and roaches everything they have on craigslist about the apartment is a lie I will not recommend them to my worst enemy
Terrible service and will try to hit you with unwarranted charges when you move out. According to them leaving your apartment in the same condition as it was when you moved in is not good enough to avoid cleaning charges
Riverstone sucks!! Look somewhere else. They don't care about residents and have horrible customer service. I tried contacting the supervisor Stephanie Baird and left 2 voicemails and 3 emails but got no response. That's customer service? In a 10 day period she couldn't even call ne back? I was 1 day late w rent which has never happened in almost 2 years. They took away the drop box which made me have to wait until the following day.
