I've had many mortgages and this is by far the worst company I've ever had. We set up bi monthly payments to hit our interest sooner. This company held the first initial payment every month not applying it to the mortgage/interest balance at all. THEN they only applied the second 1/2 payment to the interest so it was actually less money applied to the interest than if we made one monthly payment. This is the worst mortgage services agency. If you can, get out. does not even deserve the star I had to give to post this. Google should have a thumbs down symbol.
