I hate this company. They are a terrible, terrible company. They take off fees on a call and then re-apply them the next month. They report you to the credit bureau for 5 days late plus a late fee. Best of all, they don't make your payment history available online. They ask questions each time you call them only to determine if they can sell your home to prospective private equity companies for a higher price. DO NOT MAKE THE TRIP OUT HERE. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN HERE FOR 15 YEARS AND I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY. THERE ARE NO IN-PERSON LOCATIONS. YOU DO NOT NEED THEM TO SIGN THE CHECK BEFORE OVERNIGHTING IT.

Carryington mortgage is horrible. They have put my payment on someone else’s acct 5 times and charged me a late fee because it showed my acct was paid late. They raised my payment 4 times in the last 3 years and cannot tell me why. When I called on August 12,2025- a Jessica whose a senior Resolution specialist cursed me out and said i sounded like redneck trash. This company is awful and very corrupt.
