Switched over my mortgage without telling me, letting me go 4 months without paying or telling me.
My mortgage was sold to Carrington mortgage and this is my first month paying with them. They have already started off negative when I ask to have clear communication. You send me a statement on 6/28 when I paid as instructed on 6/20. Stating I own 2 months. Im explaining to the rep my frustration of receiving this invalid notice and this lady is very rude. She kept cutting me off. As soon as I can I am refinancing my loan and going some where else. This company is by far the worst. First impression is everlasting.
OMG my account was transfered to Carrington Mortgage on 1/25 there are the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. They don't return call they're so unprofessional SMH I am hoping to transfer my loan somewhere else.

I have had SO MANY problems with this company in the TWO MONTHS since they bought my mortgage. I found out by chance that they increased my escrow because I was calling about a technical issue on their website. They said the notice about it was “in the mail” and based on what others are saying I HIGHLY doubt that. I’ve dealt with 5-6 different mortgage companies in my life and this one is just awful. I’ve had three issues in two months I hope they sell my mortgage soon.
