Carrington Homes in Loudoun Co are high on their own supply. I built a semi-custom $1.5 Mil home in Huntridge Preserve Purcellville. I believed the hype and paid a premium price. I’m here to warn you not to be taken in by their folksy charm. They are all fluff and no substance. Matt, their construction mgr, is out to lunch. The co-owners Jack and Christina are likewise. Your money is better spent with other builders who take a long term view of quality construction.
