Homes are built cheap and the HOA does not keep up the neighborhood
Ok, Carrington Chase is located at the tail end of Lakes of Summerville. They're beautiful starter homes recently built. While the lots are close together; the view and neighborly surroundings are wonderful. Where Chase is located, the only entrance and exits are through Lakes of Summerville. This would be about 3 to 4 miles. There is a back gate on a public Rd, that leads to miles/ Jameson but it's currently for for emergency vehicles only. Great neighborhoods for strolls riding bikes or jogging.
