Entry is $10 each for anyone older than 2 years. So we had to buy 4 bags to pick the apples, but there were not much apples in the trees. We had to go through the entire farm to fill out the bags as we could hardly find any apples that were not rotten or infected by insects. When we came out there were still a lot of people entering the farm, not sure how much they were able to pick.
This place is so peaceful..from 150 it just looks like fields of corn but as you drive thru it you will find an apple orchard that you can pick buy and sit under the apple trees to enjoy a fresh picked one..then there is a mini farm animal area that you can observe the behavior of the goats pigs etc..the lake is besutiful and you can bring a picnic and sit under the shade tree and relax..the most beautuful thing is the quarry...it just takes your breath away. For 10 bucks it's a steal-- you get fresh apples, would cost 3 times that in a store and a hay ride and petting zoo is great-- we go there for apples and pumpkins-- we look forward to doing the strawberries and asparagus picking
I attended a wedding here on September 15th for my brother. Everything was amazing! The staff was very helpful as I got all the decorations in place. Johnny was always around for us to ask questions, and he genuinely cared if we were all taken care of. THE FOOD... BEST CHICKEN I HAVE EVER HAD! Everyone raved about the food and had a great time. Amazing venue!
Always a fun day when spent at the farm. We apple picked yesterday and will be back to pick pumpkins next week.
