Carrier Transicold is a serious competitor for having the worst customer service (and product) I ever had to work with. They do not accept appointments, they will accept the unit for a service on a first-come-first-served basis and only if driver or someone literally sits in the waiting room while they work on the unit. If driver leaves for lunch or something, they assume you left the unit and you go back in line with all of "abandoned" units where they will maybe get to work on it in about a week or so...
