I drove to the Herndon location to purchase a capacitor. After verifying my personal information, the salesperson stepped away to another room to call their manager, Wes Kesener. Shortly after, the salesperson returned and stated they could not sell me the capacitor. When I asked for the reason, I was told it was the manager's decision.
