This Carrier branch has the best customer service desk, John is a great help extremely knowledgeable and gets orders done very fast.
Their furnaces are junk and they don't carry the required parts in all of Canada! Not to mention that they are super expensive to begin with, roughly half the price of a new furnace! Given the cold climate during the late fall and winter here in Ontario I am shocked and appalled that the company does not stand behind their products and provide enough support and instead lets us suffer in the cold. Shame on you Carrier.
