Absolutely unbelievable experience with Carrier and Aire One. We bought a Carrier heat pump/AC system in 2022, and have needed a service call for a minor issue every year since except 2024. In April 2026, the AC started leaking refrigerant. Since the leak itself isn't covered under warranty, we had to pay over $1,000 out of pocket for diagnosis and a leak search — even though the part that needs replacing (a coil) IS under warranty. We paid anyways. We need AC. That was over two months ago. We are still waiting. In that time... read more

Useless. No help at all. Wont even get off the chair. Seems like their first day. No knowledge. 3 rd customer to walk out
We got a carrier air conditioner installed on May 23/2025. On June 6/2025. It stopped working we were told that it was the air compressor and unfortunately 1 in 10,000 this happens. I paid in full for the air conditioner approx 4500dollars. . But the company that installed the air conditioner had to wait for the approval for replacing the machine.
