We got a carrier air conditioner installed on May 23/2025. On June 6/2025. It stopped working we were told that it was the air compressor and unfortunately 1 in 10,000 this happens. I paid in full for the air conditioner approx 4500dollars. . But the company that installed the air conditioner had to wait for the approval for replacing the machine. Easy to work with staff
Good luck reaching anyone in warranty to help you. I am hung up on nearly every time I call in and VERY rarely will they bother to call back.. this is after waiting 2+ hours on wait or for a return call because their wait times are atrocious, to only have to wait another 1+ hour to be transferred to the senior level because the main line cannot assist me. Furthermore, they are not very honest about their warranty. Unless I can get some kind of assistance from Carrier, I will keep this at a 1 star rating because this service ... read more
