Install this expensive gas furnace + AC to replace my very old one, less than 5 years ago. And it is already not functioning. Gas is leaking, AC is leaking. The AC unit in the furnace section needs a lot of replacement. Sure parts are under warranty, but not the labor. So far > 3000k!!!! stay away from this brand....

I will start this off by saying that I am biased as I am the Service Manager at the Oregon office. I do believe we provide excellent service to our customer base.
