Buyer beware. we purchased a new 160-ton air cooled chiller from Carrier for our commercial office building. Soon after it was commissioned, we had problems with it. It took a year for a Carrier Corporate Technician to finally come out and diagnose the problems. The Technician only came out because I contacted David Gitlin at Carrier here on Linkedln.
