VERY, rude, unprofessional people when you cancel a cake, they try to charge a cancellation fee, claiming they are like a doctor's office....they yell at you on the phone plus they make their cakes days in advance and not fresh like other bakeries. Plus if they don't have the supplies to make the cake they expect the customer to find them.
