I haven't seen her yet because the address listed sent me to the wrong place. If this person wants to see more patients, they should consider listing the right address.
They couldn't even get my medicine correctly documented. I take twice the amount of medication than they have documented. It says I should take 750s but they prescribe 500s, they tell me twice a day and the paperwork says one. This woman has no problem telling you lies to your face. Do not trust her with your medical care. Someone, anyone else would be a better choice.
This women took me from a mess to where I am today. After 3 years of being told all Mt systems were in my head Carrie found out had MS to me she is my knight in shining armor
