I was a "prisoner" of another optometrist for over a decade. They were always keeping my exam results and glasses prescription data away from me and making it hard to get glasses anywhere else. Because they were so close I stayed. I finally got fed up and decided to change optometrists and it was a breath of fresh air! Dr Lee and her staff were absolutely wonderful in every way possible.
