My visit on 10/21/25 was great. Very little wait time and all staff were professional and courteous. Thank you
Carrie saw me to determine if my congestion was something more than a common cold. She ordered all of the quick tests and ruled out everything but a cold. She asked about my home care regimen and made some additional suggestions for relief. She listened and communicated well.
From my experience today Carrie werst is very unprofessional & inconsiderate doesn’t care about how her patients feel and there personal business for appointments. She literally joked about why I was there told nurse and was laughing about me when im already embarrassed as to why I was there. She had no sympathy or regards to why I was there very hurtful/embarrassing thanks for the great start to my week!
