I was scheduled for an ultrasound today by Carrie Gwyer. Fasted since midnight. The young girl at the foyer checkin desk informed me no one had sent down the order for the test. I asked if she could call upstairs to second floor and have it sent down? Oh noooooo. Not happening. Too much work for her to lift a finger for a patient. Carrie Gwyer failed to send the order.
