Horrible customer service!!! Billing department also horrible! Would not recommend and will not go there again!
I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gilmore. After a horrible first experience with a different practice, my 3 year old daughter was terrified of going to the dentist. Dr. Gilmore was so patient and kind with her, he completely eased her fears (and mine). She now looks forward to going back! Dr. Gilmore even took extra time to answer all of my questions and explained things in an easy to understand manner. Gilmore has went downhill drastically! My family has been going to him for years and in the past few Gilmore has displayed more and more negligence with his patients. His father was great went he worked at the office but now his son is there and is the most unprofessional dentist I've ever met. I would never recommend Dr. Gilmore to anyone anymore.
