Great experience! Mark and Patrick were honest and fully addressed every question or concern I had. I traveled 850 miles to purchase my truck from them, and the whole process went great.
Do not buy a car from here. They are dishonest and condescending. Sold us a car that is unsafe to be driving, and failed to disclose any of the multiple problems wrong with the vehicle. Horrible experience.
I know this sounds very weird to say about a car buying experience, but I had a great time making my purchase for my son’s new convertible. Mark and Patrick made me feel like part of their family and I really didn’t want to buy from any other dealership once I met them. They were pretty busy but they took their time to make sure my concerns were handled and that the purchase went smooth. Two months ago, I went to Carrick’s Autos with my wife to find a safe, reliable vehicle for her and my children. We based our decision to buy a vehicle from Carrick’s Autos on the claims they make on their website that they only sell “clean, well maintained autos” and that each vehicle is “inspected by a certified mechanic prior to placing the vehicle on the market.” Last week we took it to a trusted mechanic for its first routine oil change.
