We lived in the 1505 building, on the upper level, for a couple of years and it was overall a pleasant experience. Parking was never an issue. There's plenty of parking spaces and they are unassigned (thank god). Felix as an phenomenal manager would be an understatement. He addressed our concerns/issues in a timely fashion, which was a plus! Communication played a big part when we lived here and Felix was always there to solve issues and answer questions.
