I feel staff need to make sure residents keep there property better maintained so that all of carriage way looks good instead of just certain area's. I also would like to see where there are empty lots homes be placed in those lots. I have been here 3 years and there are empty lots that have been vacant since I've been here.
The only complaint I have is the yearly rent increase. We have been here 4 years and every year it goes up 25.00! We are (like many) on a fixed income. So you take advantage until we absolutely can't pay any more then we lose our home! So in 8 more years my rent will go up another $200 at this rate. Bad enough we get screwed on the water bill (all the adm fees etc). Am I the only one that feels this way?
They keep the park well maintained. The girls at the office are always so polite. I still live here so obviously there are no problems.
They’re currently selling the trailer we just moved from for $900 more than what we bought it for and it honestly is not worth $1 in fake pennies. The ceiling GROWS MUSHROOMS out of it, it also leaks in multiple places. The floor boards are falling through, it also does not have heat or air conditioning as it states. You’ll also have to deal with the family of cats that live underneath of the trailer.
