Do you know there was more than one pedophile in there, not to mention the park manager sucks, he tries to hold everyone accountable for the problems wrong with there trailer even though most of those problems were already there when you move in, and the cat situation is unreal

There is a major cat, raccoon and skunk problem. When I mentioned this too the park, we were given a violation letter of all kinds of things we had to fix in six days. The maintance for the park will look through your windows, and go around your property pushing and touching your property then write you voilations if things come loose or break. Lot rent goes up at least twice a year. Their are also sex offenders in the park, living near the parks. My son's bikes, many bikes have been stolen right off our porch, and many othe... read more

If management would stop pushing the people around and harassing them, you might have a chance. My mom lives here and has never pd late rent and keeps a beautiful home, but because she refused to be taken advantage of, they are harassing her and trying to take her home. They know exactly what they are doing. They know people cant afford to move their homes, so they gain when they force them out.
