Definitely not worth it. Lived here over 2 years now and they take more pride in the homeowners than the renters. Even things like pest control, if the “homeowner” doesn’t want them in their unit, they can refuse even if it’s THEIR unit that has the infestation, which is wild. Currently living under someone who has 4 tracking cameras stationed around the patio and interior corridor making it so uncomfortable and management does nothing. This should have been a great experience, but it has not been. I will be moving out and I am extremely disappointed with the owner and manager. My rent began at $1350 and I experienced rent increases over a 2-year period. I really don't understand why when they charge you for maintenance. What are you paying for exactly. The unit was not thoroughly cleaned prior to moving in. The carpet should have very well been replaced, especially if you are allowing pets. The baseboards were horrid. If I could rate this property 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, my experience here has been far from satisfactory. The management, particularly the property manager, consistently attributes issues to being “new,” which has resulted in a lack of accountability and resolution. 0 Star for sure. I have been contacting this Carriage Place. For 4 days, morning , noon , afternoon. I left tons of voicemails, emails But no one ever answered my calls nor emails.
