This should have been a great experience, but it has not been. I will be moving out and I am extremely disappointed with the owner and manager. My rent began at $1350 and I experienced rent increases over a 2-year period. I really don't understand why when they charge you for maintenance. What are you paying for exactly. The unit was not thoroughly cleaned prior to moving in. The carpet should have very well been replaced, especially if you are allowing pets. The baseboards were horrid.
