Today, I had a wonderful experience touring a one-bedroom apartment. I would especially like to recognize Joann for her outstanding customer service. Great Tour & Wonderful Experience! I recently toured a 2-bedroom apartment at The Carriages with Joanne, and I had a really great experience. I loved the location, amenities, and the apartment itself. It was honestly a place I would have been very happy to call home. Joanne was especially helpful and knowledgeable. The Carriages apartments are going completely downhill. I have lived here 3 years and since the new property manager took over a few months ago I have had a terrible experience. There are constantly bugs in my bathrooms and kitchen and this has never happened since I have lived here. I had mold on the vent in my living room the other day and when the maintenance man came out to fix it he painted over it. Yesterday my car was towed. I was only home for 2 hours after work.
