The apartment manager is very rude, not happy with the complex at all. She makes everyone pay different prices for everyone's rent. She doesn't like me for some reason, and I've never done anything to ursula. I would love to talk to someone over her about her way of thinking. I've never had an apartment manager this rude in my life. I've been here for little over a year, don't understand why she hates me so much...if someone from carriage park apartments that may own the property, or are above ursula, please let me know.
