I had made a deal and they sold the car from underneath me as I was trying to make a deposit and made a bullshit excuse saying Marc wasn’t at his desk and couldn’t take my payment at the time he would call me back. News flash he never did and I texted him the next morning and called him on my lunch and wouldn’t return my calls or texts so I called the main line for them to find my deal and for the lady to tell me they sold it after I called the second time. Worst customer service do not buy from here.
I wouldn't return to this Service department if they were the last one on Earth. They are liars and criminals as far as I'm concerned. Here's how I know that... I brought my Kia to this location for service several times. On two occasions, I had to return for additional service because they either did a poor job on the service or they damaged my vehicle while it was in their possession. Having to take additional time out of my day to return to have issues fixed following routine service on multiple occasions is not acceptable to me. Last fall, I had my tires rotated and aligned. I'll be honest, my husband and I were DREADING the absolutely dealership experience, but our daughter needed a solid car. Carriage Kia did such a fantastic job selling us a Seltos that we actually came back the same week to ditch my BMW for a Telluride (with a million nicer features.)
