booked a room in march before all this covid. tried to cancel reservation since end of April they will not work with us or respond to booking.com due to covid everything was shut down and motel would not work with us on our reservation. do not reccomend this motel. any other trip we will use a chain hotel, at least they will work with our customers.

They take your money via Expedia when they are closed for business ! They posted nowhere that they were closed for COVID19 YET TOOK MY MONEY ON CREDIT CARD FOR MAY 22 2020 and Expedia says no refund ! Thus I have no room and no money ! They are a scam because they do not answer the phone nor call you back !
my first time here and I loved ,different rooms size, spacious efficiency, near to the beach, fish pier, a boardwalk and some restaurant Quiet and beautiful

Been staying there since 2013. Sometimes twice a yr. The owner is very accommodating and are the nicest welcoming people each time we are there. The staff is excellent and trustworthy. Very clean. Was just there for 9 days in May and can't wait to return in Aug. Love that the beach is a 2 min walk and so much more within walking distance. Can't day enough about the Carriage House.

I have been coming to the Carriage House Resort for a couple of years now. Every time I go back, it just gets better and better. The rooms are so comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. The pool is nice and clean. 5/5! 😍😎
