RecommendedPeople are nice and it's pretty clean. They just remodeled all the apartments.
I like it because most people are on their own and around my age.
I’ve worked at 3 apartment communities in Evansville. In my opinion, the property is the cleanest and best maintained community of its kind. Two of the staff members have worked at Carriage House for 26+ years( this is extremely rare), one for over 8 years and others from 4 years. There are more long term residents at Carriage House than most properties. I enjoy the residents and my fellow employees and all of them work hard to make it a great community. Long term employees with a good work ethic make all the difference.
I have stated why I do not recommend them and they continue to delete them. It sure is a good thing that they cant delete the entire internet. With that being said, my review is on Google reviews as well as several apartment finder pages as well as linked in and glass door because the property management both on site and above the property are attempting to hide the poor manner in which employees have been treated at this location for years.
I live in one of the Senior/Handicapped Buildings, and I am loving all the renovations so far! One of the amnesties about living in the Senior/Handicapped Buildings is that we have our nice, safe hallways to walk in to get exercise. Why join the YMCA when you live in a building where you can walk inside and you have distance? Also, you don’t have to worry about getting out in the elements.

It’s a good place to live and work
The recent renovation of my apartment has taught me a lot. The staff at Carriage House cares about us! They are here to help us and want to help us! If you respect the staff here, they will respect you. I feel very blessed here to live in a community where the staff cares about its residents and the property! Thank you staff at Carriage House for all of the upgrades and making this place a place we can call home!❤️❤️❤️❤️
