Awful company! We purchased a new home in the Riverstone community in Madera, CA and have had nothing but issues with Lennar. Lennar hired a subcontractor who improperly installed our floor and caused it to fail within our first three months. They forced us to have THREE inspections done on this floor (1 of which we paid for ourselves) and all 3 concluded that the major issue was improper installation. They are still trying to blame our dogs. Lennar STILL REFUSES to honor their supposed warranty. They bullied and lied to us ... read more
