I have enjoyed my 2 year residence at Carriage House immensely. The staff is great and very responsive to my needs. They are always calling to see how they can improve their service. Onsite laundry and 2 swimming pools are just a couple nice features of this place. The only complaint I have is that there are occassional parties on the weekends due to the Washburn student population here, but for the most part it is a calm, safe place to call home.
We moved into this property over the summer. The staff is good to work with, and we love the location close to the freeway. Our place is bigger than other properties in the area, and the rent is fair. When I call in a repair request the maintenance staff is responsive. I wish you had carports, but overall we like this place.

They are the WORST PEOPLE I have ever rented from they dont come fix anything its been almost 2 weeks and not a maintenace man has been here to fix anything and the girls in the office just keep giving us the run around. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND CARRIAGE HOUSE APTS. TO ANYONE!!!!
although maintenance could use some work, the gals in the office are great!

Beware!! Maintenance rarely came to fix anything! Our sliding glass door didnt lock, we had to wedge a board behind it! We had a single sink that when we flushed the toilet, it came back up in the kitchen sink. Our refrigerator was missing half the shelves, and everytime the heater/ac kicked on.. it sounded like there was a Harley Davidson in my living room! I could go on and on... I somehow managed to stay 4 months! I ended up leaving before my lease was up! IT WAS HORRIBLE!!
Maintanence has generally been good, but we have had problems with mold. We were told that things were taken of by the manager after several attempts to get the mold taken care it. It took several days for the mold to be taken out and the manager was disrespectful, treating us like children.This has been our only bad incident here. In the past, theyve taken care of everything quickly and most employees, including the manager, have generally been very polite.Hopefully, this will be the only problem we encounter.
