Great, kind and helpful staff!
Been here for 9 years. Love the office staff . They Are very helpful. The maintenance crew do a great job. The grounds are always beautiful. Never had any problems.
Nice apartment if you live on the second floor and don't need anything fixed. First I needed a fridge replaced which kept turning on and off. Within a few weeks they were able to replace it, but because it would turn on occasionally they decided not to replace it sooner. That was frustrating, but probably not deserving of a 1 star review. The second maintenance request I put in which is still pending is to fix my air conditioner. I live on the second floor and put the request in 4/14. Over nice looking apartment complex. Kind of pricey for the space you get but it is in Goshen so i'm not surprised. The staff is nasty and annoying. I lived next to one of the office people. She threatened to evict me because my dog was loud every once and a while. my dog barked sometimes when my wife and i weren't home during normal woking hours. The worst part of this complex is the snow removal process. The complex will force you to move the car out of the parking lot and onto the town street by threatening to have your c... read more
I love the office staff, and the grounds are kept clean and most of the time it is a very quiet complex. The garbage truck comes very early though, and it is infuriating how loud it is. It is not only awful because it wakes you up, but it is an unnerving intrusive sound on top of that. Even with your windows closed it sounds like war is in the parking lot. I cannot stand it.
