RecommendedI moved into my first apartment about a month ago and I am so happy I found Carriage Hill Apartments. I spent weeks looking at apartments all over Southeast Detroit and never found a place that was nice and within my budget. Carriage Hill is clean, renovated, open concept, and reasonably priced. I love my apartment! Only complaint is the driveway, so many potholes
Nothing gets repaired! Just entering the grounds which is a driving obstacle course with all the potholes will give you an indication of what tenants have had to deal with for TWO YEARS and the swimming pool is a fine example of "smoke and mirrors" - it hasn't been in use for TWO YEARS! The best way to describe this place is the word " up"....everything is boarded UP and the rent keeps going UP!
If you are looking for the perfect place to call home I suggest you give Carriage Hill Apartments a call. The Leasing Agent Roderick is very nice and efficient and works quickly through the application process resulting in a day or two approval. The grounds are well taken care of and is clean at all times and there is never a movement that Ive walked in the office and Roderick not address me by name....
