We're moving in! We weren't exactly planning to move but when we saw the sign, we had to check it out. The property is well maintained & Dennis has been fantastic from first engagement through the viewing & picking up the keys. The units are spacious & ours was perfectly reset for our final viewing. There was even a cute gift with the welcome package. We're only just getting ready to start our time here but between our interactions with Dennis & the neighbors we've managed to meet so far, I could see us being here a while.... read more

Just recently moved in and Dennis has been so great and seems to really care about the tenants. The property is quite clean.

I absolutely love living here! The townhomes are beautiful and very well taken care of — everything is clean and maintained to a high standard. The community is peaceful and family-oriented, and the tenants are friendly and respectful. Schools are close, there is Mary street school steps away, kindergarten to grade 8, and a high-school up the street -O'Neill. A huge shoutout to the manager, Dennis — he’s amazing!
