The management here is terrible. They do nothing to take care of the tenets , and there rights are walked all over. Kids are not allowed to play outside in the LARGE grass area for fear of getting yelled at by the Super. So I would recommend not moving into this complex as long as the current management is in charge. This update is to speak of a incident that happened to me on Jan. 23, 2025. No gardens no pools empty or full. On site will take pictures of children in swimsuits even when told not to take pictures This year no wadding pools, no sidewalk chalk (because it’s looks bad on the property)but we can have people that don’t live here party all hours of the night leave their garage all over and puke in the courtyard the garbage sat for 2 days and I had to clean the puke 3 days later as the kids would be running around and didn’t want them running throw some vomit on the sidewalks. It's actually disgusting the rules they try to implement here. Last year it was no kiddie pools and now sidewalk chalk isn't allowed.
It’s a beautiful place to live, 90% of the tenants are just amazing. Great management. . Few old lease tenants are just insane (mostly Karen’s and they are racist) anyhow every where there are some crazy people other than that love this place. Realstar keep it up. I’m loving it. So many family with kids, it’s a great environment for kids.
