This place is always under construction. For atleast 6 years. Noisy trucks, noisy equipment, noisy landscapers. Can yall STFU??? Signed, the neighborhood.
The management here is terrible. They do nothing to take care of the tenets , and there rights are walked all over. Kids are not allowed to play outside in the LARGE grass area for fear of getting yelled at by the Super. So I would recommend not moving into this complex as long as the current management is in charge. This update is to speak of a incident that happened to me on Jan. 23, 2025. No gardens no pools empty or full. On site will take pictures of children in swimsuits even when told not to take pictures This year no wadding pools, no sidewalk chalk (because it’s looks bad on the property)but we can have people that don’t live here party all hours of the night leave their garage all over and puke in the courtyard the garbage sat for 2 days and I had to clean the puke 3 days later as the kids would be running around and didn’t want them running throw some vomit on the sidewalks.
