Carriage Estates is a charming apartment community which is conveniently located near shopping and Hwy 1-5. It is beautifully located across the way, from an old elegant hazelnut orchard. One of my favorite attributes about living here is the spring time. Kind community and a family friendly one
I have lived here for 2 years and have had no problems. The managers get maintenance done in an orderly fashion. The rent is reasonable, especially considering the area. In short they are great.
