The office assistant Ronnica was very professional and helpful. The apartments are located close to Metra Train Station in Richton Park and shopping which is very ideal for me. I give this a 4 star rating.
Good Afternoon, I was highly disappointed with the attitude and approach i got from ((Linda Kellum))). She was unwilling to assist me as a future resident. I came in June 9, 2018, It was a walk in after i was reffered to view the apart at 22501 Butterfield Road, Richton Park IL. While she was rude and unprofessional. I pleaded with her and explanined that i was coming from Hyde park .... which is approximately 50min with traffic. Yet No sign of concern to show me a TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT. Trash...they don't take care of maintenance issues. They towed my mom's car with the permit in the window. They're bad at responding to issues and accommodating people. The apartments are molded. The carpet hasn't been changed in 10+ years...but they are good at sending that "we are going up on your rent" notice.
Very convenient to the metra train station good security and clean
