I was a resident of 11yrs, always timely, reliable and respected. Rating it based on my last day and return of my security deposit. They retained $125 for appliances no reason given but they were functional and cleaner than when I moved in ( pictures attached). They also retained $80 for carpet cleaning which the carpet was ancient to begin with and probably as old as the building before 1980 and I cleaned it regularly with my own carpet cleaner. Very good place to live safe well taken care of. Rose can be kinda short at times but as long as you do what you are supposed to now problems
Management Rose is rude as can be the apartments are not worth the money you pay. The paint is cheap they use they fix holes in doors with tape the gutters leak. Building shakes when cars drive down lilley rd. Roses buildong is always clear from snow amd ice when others are not. The parkinglot is filled with broke down cars and potholes
