Had no plan to leave a review, but took them over 2 months to send my deposit (while my brother who moved out the same time as me got his over a month ago) Then, this joke of a complex charged me $40 for “stains on bedroom carpet” which must’ve already been there long before I moved in. I never noticed the stains, and never *once* spilled any food or liquid in the room. But, $40 is too little for me to actually take the time to dispute it (which I’m sure they assume). What a scam.
