I love working for Brookdale Carriage Club Charlotte ! I have worked here for 8 years and have loved every minute of it. The staff is supportive and easy to get along with and the residents are very friendly, loving, & super fun! The HR dept always makes us feel appreciated and are doing fun things for us! I feel very appreciated and loved by our community!

Excellent retirement community. I would love to retire and live here if I can't live on my home.
My mother has been in both assisted living and skilled nursing here. Many of the staff members are extremely helpful and diligent. But the billing practices are confusing and are clearly set up for this organization to maximize profit. Much of it seems unfair. Do your homework on all this before choosing a place for your loved one.
